Redbourne closed its first fund, Redbourne Realty Fund I, in 2005 with $135.0 million of equity from eleven investors for a planned $350.0 million investment program.
Investment objectives focus on office and industrial properties in the central and suburban business districts of Canada's major markets. These investments will centre on investments in assets where there can be a value creation plan through proactive leasing programs, financing and redevelopment.
Redbourne's role is to source, capitalize, asset and property manage investment opportunities.
