PETER COUGHLIN

Mr. Coughlin's education includes a Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University, followed by a MBA from the University of Western Ontario. He joined Claridge Properties in 1980 and was appointed Senior Vice President in 1987, then President in 1991. Prior to forming Redbourne in1995, Mr. Coughlin was responsible for over one billion dollars in real estate assets, and as Chairman of the Pearson Development Corporation, representing Claridge, he led the negotiations which culminated in the privatization of Pearson International Airport in Toronto. Mr. Coughlin is married with three children and was Chairman of a private school in Montreal.

  

NORMAN SPENCER

Before forming Redbourne, Mr. Spencer had served as Chief Financial Officer of Claridge Properties since 1987. A chartered accountant, he had previously acted in the same capacity for a Canadian public company. Mr. Spencer is married with two sons and is Chairman of one of the largest schools for handicapped children in Quebec.

  

ANDRÉ SHARECK

Mr. Shareck joined Redbourne in 1996. His education includes a Bachelor degree in Geology and an MBA from HEC at the University of Montreal. Prior to joining Redbourne, he held a senior position with the National Bank of Canada where he had been involved in Quebec-based real estate for more than ten years. He is a former director of SITQ Immobilier and Ivanhoe. Mr. Shareck is married with two children and is actively involved in a number of community-based charities.
