  Electric supply: 2500 Amp 600V 3 Phase service is distributed with separate transformers on each floor. Every 1,000 square foot tenant area is provided with accessible junction boxes at both 120/240V and 347/600V for easy installation of electrical devices
  Light fixtures: 347V T-8 electronic ballast quick start fixtures with silver reflectors provide 50 foot candle power with maximum energy efficiency at low wattage. Various accent lighting is used in lobby areas and washrooms
  Fibre optics: Current carriers: Burlington Fibrewired and Bell Canada
FREIGHT HANDLING
  Shipping/receiving: Side access door with ample delivery parking. Mail delivery & pickup to/from tenant mail boxes. Tenants move in and move out during off-peak hours to prevent disruption of elevator services
